Our label came into existence through the increasing participation of our Thaiboxing school MTSB (Muay Thai Shadow Boxing Gym) at competitions. With a constantly growing squad and after many requests, we decided by 2012 to give a name to this branch. Rubi Management is supported by MTSB and takes over all agreements of the fighters who train at MTSB and who are contesting fights under that name. Pairings of fighters, title fights and everything that goes with it will be organized and negotiated for amateurs as well as for professionals. Also the international stage has become a regular part meanwhile. Finding sponsors and the constant expansion of contacts on the swiss as well as international market is our ambition.
Meanwhile we are supporting domestic as well as international fighters who do not train at MTSB. Our goal is also there to give support to the athletes and to develop their talents.
